It's a production car. Here's a hint: It uses the Subaru Impreza WRX STi's drivetrain.

The only cars I can find in existance with the STI drivetrain are the Prodrive P1 and the Forrester STI.

My mistake, it was a one-off made in 2000, but there are plans to produce this car in limited numbers.

I just ran the number plate through the DVLA database and the car doesn't exist.
Therefore we move on to another.
