well still...having a brother in the site its not such a good idea...cause brothers might vote fairly on their cars but according to others they could co operate...you cant really tell whats going on in "brother accounts"..i mean if someone had a brother he could easily tell him which cars to vote high (9-10) and which cars to vote low (6-7) and 6 and 7 vote is a low vote to many good cars but it can also not be considered as downvoting..so he gets away with it...basically...as long as the users are the ones who determine the value of a car...you will never know whats fair and whats not fair ..thats my opinion that is.

yeah, cuz he was the newest member an hour ago and i went to it and it was the same person.

therefore he gets banned. it is the sites rule.
