MW 1.3 patch

Hi all ,

Im a little puzzeled because I cant install the 1.4 patch . Everytime I try it juts comes up with "update aborted " . This happens as soon as it trys to start updating . It does the exact same thing with The Elder Scrolls Oblivion .... .. I really dont know whats going on and niether does EA ( theres a suprise ) . You gys got any ideas on how to fix this ?

Nope. I did not even know there was a 1.4 update for MW.

EDIT: If you are using a no CD patch try replacing it with the original speed.exe file before you run the update.

Its 1.3 sorry , No its a normal exe .

Oblivion does it aswell and the patchig id done by the same company so reinstalling wont do jack . I dont want to reinstall xp either .

Well bam_bam when u patched it did u have Disk 1 of Most Wanted in the CD/DVD Drive
coz like that might help i dunno if like it patches while the disk is out or not but i had the Disk 1 in my drive when i patched it
