EA Community Day Recap

Texhnolith, admin of our affiliate ND4SPDWorld was one of a select few fansite operators invited this year to EA Black Box studios in Vancouver for their Community Day. Our own beloved alien admin Bojan had his turn last year.

Tex has been taunting us on IRC with minor Carbon tidbits for days, and now he's finally posted his recap of the trip. Check it out here.

Talking about the research they did and how theyâ€™ve been working on the game since after they finished production of NFS:Underground 2

Oh... I see ...thats why I always felt MW was like some kind of Back-up for the real
thing...

NDA: Non Disclosure Agreement
Basicly its a contract which I had to sign before getting info on the game
The contract prevents me from talking about stuff they dont want to have disclosed.

Most Wanted had been in development even before they started on Underground 2. They decided to make Underground 2 before they finished MW due to the popularity of NFS:Underground 1.

Since they signed a NDA, I think the company can sue them, and win the case.

Most Wanted, a back-up? You got it all wrong man...Underground 2 was the back-up. It was practically just Undergound with a few small upgrades. It didn't even have videos, they used those silly cartoons. Most Wanted was the real deal...

EDIT: And what's the point of him telling me that he was told something about the storyline but he can't tell us. "Ummm, yeah...I was told this and that about the storyline and the game but I can't tell you...so yea"......so then don't say you were told the information...I may sound harsh but I'm damn right...

I wrote about the storyline due to the fact that EA put some focus on that durring the community day. Since its a recap I tried to mention all that happened. Which included the storyline bit.

Cool, glad someone got to go. Smoothie offered me the same thing, unfortuneately I didn't get to attend due to me being under 18. Glad you had fun, maybe sometime I'll see one of you guys out there
