I haven't seen any car that is added by hex that is tunable, you can just add nitrous to some of them and some already have it on. The only thing you can do is to style them (no auto sculpt).

The Jaguar XK can be tuned, the tuned R8 and CCX was probably just rims and spoilers, no body kits.

If you mean Performance tuning then no you can't not even adding new paint you can't unless you hack the game.

drift is stupid, a little hand brake makes your car slide through a whole hairpin. EA watched a little too much Tokyo Drift.

Cars that can't be used (yet) unless you hex edit it.
- Infinity G35
- Toyota Corolla GT-S
- Porsche 911 Turbo
- Dodge Challenger R/T
- Pagani Zonda F

u cant tune the '99 eclipse...thats crap, that was the car i wanted to get the most in carreer. im not even going to bother coninueing to try to unlock it anymore
