Custom cars and custom Vynils

Hi everbody i'm a Italian (new and sux) user that is really interested to know something more concerning this game.

I got one questions to make to you, i sown about dozen tuned cars inside the carbon's showroom but i do not know if the cars that belong on the categories "artistic" are possible to create on the game.
Are those cars tuned by Photoshop??
Is it possible to create a car by photoshop and than upload and enventually use on my career??
If it's possible plase could somebody explain me how i can????

You cant make a car in photoshop and use it in game, since its 2d.

If you're using some 3d program it's possible to import the car into the game

You can't as he said, cars can't be made with photoshop, and with the new games, u cant import cars! Unless your arushan
