[NFSC] Permanently add cars to garage/carlot without trainer

As the title says, is it possible to add a car (more specific the Dodge Challenger '71) to the carlot and/or garage in NFS Carbon without using a trainer everytime I start the game? I have seen a savegame by Rielsss where he had managed to do that, so it is possible. But he added all cars in the game to the garage, i just want the Challenger (it feels like too much of a cheat otherwise. Plus the way he did it makes it so that if my car get impounded I lose all of the cars).
