Get the awesome sig I made from Photoshop into a file so I can copy and paste it?

Its in photoshop right now, but I have no idea how to get it as my sig...

I have a mac, so If anyone else does, could they help me out? thanks in advance.

Thanks Carcrazy, but now I have a different problem. please excuse me, I'm kninda new to the whole computer gig lol.

It says "Error: image filesize too big (max filesize 50kB)"

How can I make it smaller? or can I even make it smaller for that matter?

Go to File>Save As> (w/e you want it named).psd.
Then File>Save As> (same name as before) .jpg.

Then go to nfsunlimited.net/sigpic, select your file, then hit submit. Enter the code it gives you at User Control Panel>Profile>Signtaure Details.

And, when you save the file, you need to turn down the quality... I'll show you.

I have a mentally retarded computer that won't attach files.

Don't do it that way if you want to keep the quality as high as possible; use 'Save for Web' (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S).

... Or you could do that. If your using a .gif or .png.

But NOT for a .jpg.
