when you get to complete against ryo you only do sprint and drag races does that mean i can sell all my cars except for them two and still go on and complete the race!!!!!!!

Naturally, if you feel like you need to max out more cars why not...

if you need money, go to nfs planet, download the money editor, get as money as you need, then you can test whatever car you like with whatever setting you like. BTW, if you didn't know, in the code entry section, type in "unlockallthings", all level 4 parts for all cars are unlocked for you.
