i have just found out how you edit the neon also, and i will post a short guide soon, based on what i know

Hi. Ive seen like 3 or 4 cars with extra neon or xeon lights stuck onto em and i'd like to know how to do them. As you have noticed all my edited cars are cr@p. Id like to add a little more eye-candy on em.
