Undercover on PS2?

hey,

i don't have a computer that can run it and i'm not really in the mood to buy another console so i was thinking of getting the ps2 version. so far, all i know about it is the 4 pics that were put on this website a few weeks ago ( http://nfsunlimited.net/news/view/16765 ) and it turns out those are the ones which went on the back of the game box.
i bought the ps2 version of prostreet several months ago and it was decent, although i heard that a lot of people hated it. admittedly, they were talking about the next-gen versions and thus judging it by next-gen standards. i wasn't, and also i grew up playing the NFS games from before the open-world thing was even an option.

so my (kind of obvious) questions are: has anyone here played it, and if so, what did they think? is it worth spending 25-30$ (canadian) on?
