About hex workshop

and i really don't understand, so which is my savegame file? Whr it located?
is this a savegame file? 00000000.256
if so, then after i open it using hex workshop, i want to add in darius vinyl for my audi 2C327487 2C327487
so what should i do now?
(when i using Tsearch i cant get the darius car instead of the grey color 1.)
and my audi currently sprayed with stacked deck vinyl.
can just show me the way to do pls, not a website to read again cause i really don't get the meaning.
