Car Performance Editing

How do I change the car class(A,AAA,etc.), performance bars(those witch appear in the car selection area) or what program do I need to do that?
I edited the carp.txt but that didn't change those

PS:The game is NFS HS.

Use NFS Wizard for that.... really easy to use :D

Even I can mod cars for NFS 4
