The game isn't saving ?

Downloaded this game from ps plus got to level 35 since then it won't save like my levels will save but my miles and unlocks in cars will stay in the same have tried deleting and reinstalling and everything but can't get the stupid game to save was thinking of buying the new one for ps4 won't know if a can't get it to save help please ?
