It's still scrambled!! I need help!!!

In NFSPU, I launch the game, all of the fonts are scrambled or unreadable!

On that page, they tell you what problems might accour with some of the veido cards. You see, I have an, Nvidia TNT 2, they said that, to fix your problem: you need to adjust the texel origin. They say to adjust both filtered and non-filteerd. I think I only adjusted the non-filtered one. Which is by setting the texel origin to the upper corner, rather then the center. Lost? Me to. Anyways, I can't find a way to get into the filtered origin. I can't find it.
Any suggestions?
