It loads soooo slow with all the flash.... :?
It looks good though.
Why didn't they make 2 sepperate sites, one flash and one HTML. Would be alot better IMO.

Or is that just me :?:

I hear you. Navigation is so slow and laggy on my laptop. The flash movies are also very laggy but the layout is pretty good but am I the only one who thinks the city is nothing special? I mean it doesn't look bigger than in UG2 and it has 3 neighbourhoods instead of 5.

It looks like 3 UG2 cities put together. So I think it looks larger.

About the site, Its slow, but it is definitly better.

 I like it, but it does load slow. And the neighborhoods are awesome too!
Seems like this website is a ghost town. No longer worth a visit or anyone's time.

No. If you ask me, I think it's about the same size as Bayview city. Moreover, there should be more quantity of streets in order to evade cops better...

Anyways it's only a map.

Well, there aren't many straights for speed either.
Seems like this website is a ghost town. No longer worth a visit or anyone's time.

I recognize the part ofwich is in the demo... and you can go pretty far in the demo and the demo is only the part Oceanhills.

and what I seen in that... the city is alot bigger then U2.

and threre also streights... if you see the part of the city over the water (is infact a tunnel... you can go pretty fast there.. (is the edge of the demo.)
And it looks more diverse. more country side... then in U2...

OK U2 had 5 areas... of wich 1 was the airport... and had a size of 10 by 10 feet.
how many areas there are is not important... how good it is is important

btw not all roads are on the map... there are alot more

OK, I just wanted to mention that I made a near perfect size comparison of the UG2 and MW maps to show the size difference; MW is almost 2 times as big!

yes i agree with the general consensus..it's a really nice website, nice layout and easy on the eye, but even my b.band was slow in opening it. What sort of connection do you have James?

Dosnt matter, broad band on my desktop had a slow loading, maybe later they should give the site a much needed optimizing for performance. The site itself was pretty good, with the MW theme

I really don't get it...
Has anyone seen the Evo-8 they have on the site?
It has the same disgusting front bumper that nobody ever used because it's just too damned ugly.
The more I see of this game, the less I think of buying it...

It's like McDonalds - it's cheap food, cooked in minutes but still overpriced.

Bashderq, Firefox is brilliant but it's more a "Browser to Go".
I use Mozilla and I'm very happy; other than the stupid bugs of pages not loading correctly, it improves with every version.

I really like the new web site. can any one tell me wich car is the one that is next to the corvette, in the second screen shot of the corvette, under rides and neighborhoods on the web site? I think it looks like the Golf.

That... imo... really does suck..... firefox is by far the better internet explorer, but obviously MS is trying to limit it from being the "dominate" force

Can anyone tell me what plugins I need for Firefox? It was working on my laptop but forgot what I installed and for some reason, the Firefox on my computer doesn't automatically detect what is needed.

EDIT: Is it just me or is EA having trouble with the MW site because I can't see the flash area at all (just the side areas) and I'm not getting any error or anything.
