Car Speed Comparison Chart
with ultimate & junkman parts

Tests were done by myself and MikEms

These were each tested more than once, with the results averaged out.
Results may vary depending which line you take in the track. We tried
to do it the same every time though, but we're only human

We used the Burger King challenge reward (uniques available for all cars)
to make this whole process easier

Hmm...I just compared the top cars myself. I put in the infinite NOS cheat with my gameshark and had at it.
I compared the Mercedes SLR with the BMW M3 GTR and Carerra GT.
SLR tops out at 237
Carerra at 241
and the GTR is the winner with an astonishing 242!
But it also has the worst handling of the three...

Well some are pending on how many junkman parts you install on it. But with just the regular performance upgrades from the shop, it goes to 241.

If you're going to round, it's 1.61 ... or, more accurately, KMH*3937/(1.2*5280) = MPH ...

that's odd, cause we put all the junkmans on all the cars when we tested... i wonder how he got 254mph (408kph)

EDIT: just tested the carrera GT again, still maxes out at 388kph, all junkmans installed, no tweaks. i wonder, maybe the parts act differently if you install them in career mode, or maybe they differ from PC version to consoles? MikEms is almost done with his new career mode (hasn't installed uniques yet), so then we can test the uniques in career and see if that makes a difference...

MikEms tested the carrera GT in drag mode and got it to 405kph before the engine blew, so i guess the cars have higher top speed in drag. maybe that's how GINIX_2007 got it to 254mph?

No it doesn't the Carrera GT does 241ish even with junkman parts. Maybe I should provide the screenshot I took.

Maybe maybe not. drag doesn't offer clear straightaways. it will not go past 241 in circuit.
