I have a really high resolution, 1280x1024 so it's very sharp and not pixely. Any of the grpahics that don't effect the car directly I turn off or all the way down. Any graphic settings that effect the car, I have all the way up except for overbright.

Some videocards won't enable certain options, some do.

actually its not because you have to have a gfx card that supports it like a newer gfx card, usually something not intergrated....:D

EDIT: What gfx card do you have?

Right-click on the desktop and go to Properties. Then go to Settings, then Advanced and it should tell you there.
