Wow the guy playing the game really sucked, he was using speedbreaker for every slight turn and he doesn't know how to move around the opponents instead of crashing into them

Anyone notice that the traffic cars from Most Wanted are in Carbon? Something tells me that Most Wanted was just a ploy by EA to make some money.

! Now this is what I've been waiting for! The vinyl transformation feature is just mind boggling. Not to mention the rumor that there's only going to be one base kit is now squashed. Wow... Carbon is going to be really great.

Most of these cars are confirmed cars, save for a few such as the Skyline and the Dodge Viper. Since all the others are either cars confirmed by EA or have been seen in this video, I think it's safe to say that these cars will be in the final version of the game.

YEAH RIGHT!

It's a German car! and it is a race car. the M3 GTR is a GT race car.
Ok it isn't a real exotic eighter cause it is a pure race car. but then again, it is not a muscle car. The only thing that would make it a musclecar is that it has a V8, but it is a small size V8.

It's has a small, high revving, v8, supertight suspension and is aerodynamic.

Definitely not a muscle car.

BTW, has it been confirmed that the 350Z appearing in Carbon is a FairladyZ? The emblem in the screenshots read 350Z and not FairladyZ like it should. Even on the EA screenshot it only says 350Z. So how did we come to the conclusion that it's a FairladyZ, especially when we've seen the awesome possibilities of autosculpt?

The only 'true' muscle car would be the Camaro SS, as it is an old (not any of this plastic crap nowadays) American car running a V8.

The BMW is far from what a muscle car is, it's an exotic through and through. Well to be honest, it could be counted as a german 'muscle' car but that's about it.

You all miss the whole point of car classes in Carbon!

The car class is based on the handling and performance and the tuning possibilities for that car.

Yet I think it's a poor excuse for not developing physics engine with the real-life performance and handling of each car. All they give us are 3 different cars to drive with varying performance options and 50+ body shells for your viewing pleasure.
What's the point of wanting this or that car to be in the game if it doesn't handle like the real one.

Need for speed has and always been an arcade racing game, not a simlulator. I like NFS for being a different driving experience and not being a driving-sim, it's usually a good get away from Gran Turismo and the like.
