I've downloaded the demo and it plays quite nicely. Lots of little details like full interior with free look (finally back in a racing game). Car handling is also quite realistic - pedal to the metal won't get you far.
But I'd say that using a real island as the setting was more a bad choice than good - the whole area looks the same to me.

Full game shoukd be interesting.

Yep, the last thing I did before my internet went kaputt. (~700MB)

There's 3 cars available (F430, Mustang GT (new), some old thing (AC or something)) and one motorcycle - Kawasaki something I think. The driving area is quite big, there's cops - only female though and plenty of other npc cars driving around.

Yes, and one of my friends told me he already has NFS Carbon...get my drift? The PC version is still set for a October 24 release in North America and November 24 for Europe...

"At the beginning of this month Atari Iberica edited in our country the great wanted Test Drive Unlimited, which we analyzed right that day. So, now the owners of a Xbox360 will be the only ones who will enjoy it at 2006, since Eden Games has confirmed that PC, PSP and PS2 versions won't be released till 2007. Reasons are unknown, but it's likely due to commercial decissions."

I am really hoping that's only for Europeans...since lately Europeans have been getting products later than North Americans (aka Sony PS3

). I mean, I've checked IGN, Gamespot, Gamespy, Amazon, and EBGames and all of them say October 24. These sites are usually up-to-date...

Its an awesome game

It's been released here in Canada as well. Saw it advertised under "New Releases" at my local Best Buy.
