There ya go buddy.
I have made 2 versions~
One has only the rim you've requested.

One has the rim, silver paint and the original blue vinyl. Just in case if u want the vinyl.
EDIT: the paint is supposed to be "Metallic Silver", but I only added "Gloss Silver" as I forgot the hex code of that paint. Add the "metallic silver" when u have that paint section unlocked.

THNX ANYWAY
First run MW and open a hex editor
Then search the car that u want to look for
Type in the car code and add "02" at the end if u bought it from the shop, add "42" if it's a Pinkslip car, add "20" if it is a bonus car.
In this case, mine is 4E4ACC23B35F084E42, yours is little bit different as your BMW is from the shop, so you have to add "02" instead of "42", yours will be 4E4ACC23B35F084E02

after the searching, you should be able to find ur car code. Then, look for the "CDCD" ending, that's what u are going to search next.
In this case, my BMW is 2601CDCD, urs is different. What we concerned is the first 2 digits, in this case "26". Then I will search for 26CDCDCD

After that, u will see ur car slot,
This is mine:

I've highlighted some patterns in Dark Blue, these patterns appear in each car slot.
For ur Rims, it located right in front of "FFFFFFFF0A23", to replace it with other rims, u need to find the hex code for the rim u want. Then just replace the original code by the new code.
