Somebody already made a topic,
here. How did you manage that speed with Shaw? You must have a business line, cause none of the residential services come close to that.

No it's not nobody has 89Mb/s or 7Mb/s or like you have 9Mb/s.
Unless it's actually 90.76Kb/s.

8 kbps = 1 KB/s
1024 KB/s = 1 MB/s
89552 kbps = 11194 KB/s = 10.932 MB/s
It's a Shaw residential line (Xtreme-I) ... It must've been a glitch, LOL, but I do run between 10,000 and 18,000 routinely ...

No servers close enought to really tap my line, best I got was this and even this is way the heck away from me (about 850 miles or 1350 km)
My line speed really is 8Mbps/1Mbps and the best downstreams I've gotten from domestic servers are around 850kB/s (or 6800kb/s). So not quite my theoretical maximums but close enough...

Yeah no servers in Finland... So the results pretty much suck.
I get at least twice as much kb/s on a testsite which is on a finnish server.
I probably have the same isp's 8/1mb as vellu has.
I get about 890kb/s at best and upload about 110kb/s.
lol wut

If it's a wireless connection it's probably a bit slower, if it's directly wired then it's gonna be the same on your comp
Looks like i'm running the second highest atm

My speed increased dramatically for some reason, haven't done anything to my connection.

This is my old one:
You tell me, I have no idea why it increased that much on it's own, I have not done anything at all. But Im not complaining at all, I like the having my speed more than doubled.
