NFSPS ask the producers
NFSPS ask the producers
I'm here at Vancouver BC again for another community day event. We'll be playing the game a lot tomorrow and I'm sure there'll be opportunities to ask them questions about the game. What would you guys like to know?
Re: NFSPS ask the producers

Re: NFSPS ask the producers
I wanna know more about the repairing of the cars after damage. In High Stakes we get to repair things one at a go, like if we wanna repair everything else aside from tires, we were able to. Will ProStreet be the same?
That's about it.

Re: NFSPS ask the producers
I have a couple:
We know there will be real-world aftermarket performance parts, but is there real-world aftermarket bodykits?
I heard talk about using clutch-kick as a drift technique, is there a working clutch? If so, is it available in all race modes, not just as a technique for drift?
How much more realistic is the drifting with assists off?
Ahhh so many questions, but that's all I can think of. Thanks guys.

Re: NFSPS ask the producers
Considering the damage models look fairly um...damagable, will players be able to mix up the rim choices on thier cars like in the first look trailer.
And will EA keep the same Cutscene style that they've had since Most Wanted.

I just have one simple question. Will we have the ability to save replays?

Re: NFSPS ask the producers
1. Will there be any "special" cars like in previos NFS games (BMW M3 GTR for Most Wanted, Audi R8 for Carbon) that exist in the game but are essentially uncustomizable?
2. Is weather a factor when racing on the track?
3. How "deep" are the autosculpt and wind tunnel systems?

To ImJ: max about 30 vinyls. Not nearly as many shapes as in forza though.
chrismokvack: no car classes. You'll also start with a fairly decent car. All performance upgrades unlocked from the start.
Glopaticki: no new infos.
Andre_online: unfortunatly the duct tape repairs have been cut. Repairing is now limited to full or none.
Zero260: no real aftermarket body kits. Clutch is in drift mode as well as clutch kick (which can be bound to a button for easier use). Can't say more about drift because unfortunatly I didn't get to see it.
donaldgladden: Not sure about the different rim combo. Also not sure about the cutscenes, but I think they won't make an appearance.
GINIX_2007: unfortunatly replays have been cut.
prince1142003: unfortunatly the car list was not revealed.

Re: NFSPS ask the producers
I cant Believe this!! Why would they cut out the replays? For the last time EA stop rushing the game and just do it right!!!Bojan wrote:GINIX_2007: unfortunatly replays have been cut.
