The current wheels are 17".
Now I might have a buyer for the current wheels
If I get them sold I'll buy tires for the new ones.

Re: What car do you drive ?
Current rims are from Rondell. Nothing special and actually quite heavy rims. I think they look ok and I wasn't even any hurry to change them. I've had them almost 3 years(came with the car).
The new rims are quite rare in Finland. The seller told me that he had sold only one set of the same type of rims And there aren't many companies in Finland that sell Ultralite wheels.

Curnet front end can look cool, better with a bad boy bonnet. Strawberry face FTW! though (S15)

Bodykits aren't really that cheap especially the ones that fit straight on.

Great looking ride Grez, looks like a little bulldog and that sticker on the front lip just adds that certain touch, though I can't tell if its a depiction of the Nurburgring.
I found this statement amusing though:
edit: did you put a sleepy eye kit on this car or was it another?

I never knew that you could get a 'heavy' tow-hook or am I making a fool of myself and the 'lightweight' refers to the amount of tension the hook can take?Grez~Supra_RZ-S wrote: -Fitted a lightweight ''racing'' tow-hook

Re: What car do you drive ?
The wheels Im looking to order are some Compomotive MLs (3pc), Front : 9x15 ET0, rear 10x16 ET-25
Theyre a better grade of steel than the stock ''tie down'' hooks, so are a touch lighter. To be honest though, I could add the extra weight back by carying my phone. And yeah the sticker is a 'Ring sticker (well, a Northloop one).

Ooh, liking the black hardtop. What's with the hood, though? Looks like it doesn't fit properly.
Also, your car is at the end of the rainbow. o:

Re: What car do you drive ?
Very nice look on the MX5 mate.
When I am looking at some of these modified cars, I can't help but wondering what I could change in the CTR, I am planning on changing the tires for some good grippy ones, but I have no clue yet what to choose, I don't want to change my rims cause basicly I just love them to much., although I might give send them to be refurbished, because the front 2 rims are scuffed because the previous owner let them meet the curbs, and later on my gf added a few when parking (why do women always want to parallel park forwards??) luckely now she is a expert in backwards parallel parking
I am thinking of getting a second set of 17" rims for the winter (autumm and early spring) with some good winter tires.

He's got bonnet lifters, which are supposed to help vent hot air from the engine bay.xHaZxMaTx wrote:What's with the hood, though? Looks like it doesn't fit properly.
Whether it works or not is debatable, results differ from car to car. Wouldn't work on my car, obviously

Re: What car do you drive ?
Lovely car man. S14's in white still look good. Tobad my S14a is green :/
Its probably an Silvia thing to be a slow project. Had mine for a year now and not much happened yet
Plenty of stuff left to do before im driving a proper stage 1 s14a.
Been awhile since i posted here. Got some updates done to my car over the past months:
New brakes: Brembo Big Brake discs 315mm Drilled/Grooved with Ferodo DS2500 pads and revised Calipers
New exhaust parts: Got a 3" Elbow and Downpipe installed, definatly gives some more power
Other: installed a uprated fuelpump (Walbro 255Liter/hour pump) in preperation for the stage 1 chip.
But before we get pics of the upgrades, here is a sweet photoshoot i did some time ago:
{edit} ARGH, photos are getting cut off.. here is links:
