I know i was off topic that sec, but i am trying to see who could get its top speed, although if it's a DOH, but it seems to be faster than a bugatti and to be more mysterious than it seems.
I challenge you to get the Cadillac Cien top speed, you get its top speed, I will immediatly close the Cadillac Cien thing.
Note: not a lot of websites say its top speed, and really rare webs gives its real speed!

Ockham's razor dictates that the most likely answer is the right one.

If, say, a dozen websites have the top speed listed as "200 mph" and three have it listed as "293.5623423432" then I'm likely to believe the dozen and ignore the two. How do you know YOU have chosen the right speed, if more websites say the slower one?

Because if more than one website gives the same speed, so it's 80% right, but i won't say that it's right, then i won't pick a website with for example 293mph speed and ignore the other 3 webs saying a topspeed of 259 for example, this is how it goes, at least with me!

I can also show you TONS of pics of that car (which BTW, is a concept) and it still won't do any justice towards your claim of the car's supposed top speed. As I've said it before, post compulsively. I'm not sure if you have a poor ability to read, but let me repeat myself again for the sake of everyone and to save you from falling down a steep cliff:

1.) Cadillac Cien is indeed a real car.
2.) Cadillac Cien is a Concept Car.
3.) Cadillac Cien is a real car.

And in case you don't know what on earth is a concept car (which I presume you have barely any knowledge of any cars in the first place apart from in-game cars), this is an excerpt from Wikipedia:

A concept vehicle or show vehicle is a car prototype made to showcase a concept, new styling, technology and more. They are often shown at motor shows to gauge customer reaction to new and radical designs which may or may not have a chance of being produced.

The M3 GTR's top speed is around 175 due to a closer ratio box for racing.
