NEEED HELP SERIOUSLY PLZZZZ!!

My pc omes up with this message sayin refrence memory could not be "read" 0x241f2d25 while playing a game this happens its really gettin on my nerves as it happens at the most innapropriete moms. PLZ help me i need to know how to fix it..it normally happens durin counter strike source. i have a xt800 pro a athlon 3200+ if that helps at all.and i just recently got an upgrade.

Have you try updating the drivers..??
