:? Wreckles Driving ??

Isn't that when the cops are chasing you.
If it is that, you need to destroy as many abstacles as possible.

Damage to Property = Destroying trees, road signs etc.

"you need to destroy as many abstacles as possible" = Cost To State challenge. They're different. What he's talking about is an infraction, not a challenge. :)

Reckless Driving is just driving without following the rules. In other words - Careless driving. I get that infraction time to time, but not very often. Just keep swerving left and right down the road.

if you can ever get an excessive speeding infraction, chances are you'll also get reckless driving. they've come hand in hand for me so far.

Hmm, I wonder if it's illegal to face the wrong direction on the road, but go backwards so you're going with traffic...

In the game you get reckless driving when you drive faster then Exessive speeding.

you get speeding at 240 Kmh, Exessive speeding at 290 Km/h and reckless driving at 310+ but the cops have to see it closeup to record it.

And it's not "wreckless" by the way. It has nothing to do with "wreck" or "wreckage". It's "Reckless" driving, and yes, it's when you get above 310 or 320+ as TheStig said.

P.S. Don't get me wrong, no offence intended with the spelling issue.
I don't use pwned. I use BSODed. It's less cool and harder to say. I know.

lol that I even typed that way

I know it has nothing to do with wrecking...

I think the speed system is pretty stupid, you are speeding from the moment you are driving faster then the speed limit at the road you are driving, exessive speeding should be driving alot faster they allowed and reckless driving should be stuff like driving on the wrong side of the road almost hitting people (driving like you should in NFS :P)

In English units, reckless driving is 200mph.

There has to be a police cruiser near you so he/she can "record" it.

^^ Not true... You get an infraction too when you reach to Cooldown mode. The infraction is Resisting Arrest I believe. :)

OK there are always exceptions and that's the only exception.

The whole time I played this game I only got this twice and excessive speeding 3 times. They seem like the easiet infractions on paper but they are the hardest to do.

after reading this thread, i went and tested it.............on my first try i past a cruiser at about 220mph on the correct side of the road without hitting anything and got the "Reckless Driving".

It is associated to speed only.

True. Andre_Online, you're right as well. Though, I could have sworn that I was in cool down and I got speeding for no reason.
A glitch probably.

It is probalby no illegal itself, but it would be taken as dangerous driving, like driving round drunk or using your cellphone.

Ok, I have never gotten reckless driving, even though I was driving 370+ in my Rx-8 (It's possible, with a ton of unique upgrades) on the wrong side of the road swerving, getting too close to cars smashing obstacles during a police chase!

To get a reckless driving, you have to be at a high pursuit level, or catch up to a cop car or roadblock from behind. If you're in front of the cop car at a lower leve, like 2 or 1, you'll almost never get a reckless driving because they won't keep up. Level 3 is marginal.
