NFSU2 Dyno Tuning Guide?

Is there a dyno tuning guide for each car or a couple cars. I want to play this game online, but don't feel like wasting hours of time tuning my car. Thanks and any help would be great.

Maximize the power in the "rev ranges" you'll be using most, then adjust the transmission to keep you in that rev range ...

All it really requires is math ...
