its not odd atall. and i thought i was gullable. its just the arrangement of the colors. if the white areas were black and the black areas were white, it wouldnt be like that. not scary atall.

I rearragend the colours to find that it looks like jesus(well a man). I removed the unneccasery parts and then focused on a black line i drew in to find it looked like him.

It's nothing weird, your eyes just get fatigued when they look at the same color for too long, and when you close your eyes, they try to compensate by sending the image to your brain in the complimentary colors. Ex: Red is complimentary to green, blue to yellow, orange to purple, and of course black to white. Sp p[retty much the only that is being done is taking a crappy picture of Jesus or picture of Jesus that has been distorted, making it black and white (not grayscale) and inverting the colors. Easy as pie. Mmmm, pie...
