I think that is unlocked by the vinyls cheat code if I remember correctly..

Check in the online rewards cards.. probz there.. if not check in the bonus vinyls... there is sumthin called bushido and 21st street

Yeah you should be able to unlcok them, theres Bushido, 21st Street and Stacked Deck vinyls in there, that is probably as close as you'll get to what you're after

Yeh but how do u unlock the bushido vinyl and 21st street in bonus... i checked in on the online rewards nothing there?... reward cards done... al the races in quickrace
