It's definitely a GREAT idea.

The last Tuning Challenge was done with Underground 2, which of course didn't have any sort of photo uploading mode. Users posted their setups for PC users who made screenshots for the Tuning Challenge.
Of course, with the Autosculpt system, I don't know how well that'll work out.
