black nitro...

hi all,

i don't know if it is really a glitch in NFSU1 but the effect is really
annoying to me,i have an nVidia Geforce 4 FX 5200 ...when i set
"light trails" and "motion blur" to "on" ....the screen goes
black while racing and it becomes totally black(except road
lights and the other rivals) when i use the nitro...here is a pic
that shows you what am talking about(it's been taken while am
using nitro)??

is it a problem or it is an effect that i can't get red of?

Yep, it happened to me before. It seems that NFSU1 has a huge bug on the light trails. Switch off the light trails, you can't combine it together with the motion blur, 'cos that'll be the result. Just swtich on the motion blur will do, or vice-versa. NEVER use both at the same time.

Try that, it'd probably work, 'cos it worked for me.

well andre... you are right,i have to swich one of them off...but ain't that bad,i can't enjoy both at the same time...i hope they don't have this annoying feature in the upcoming "Most Wanted" ...lol

when that happens, you should turn down your graphics. I get that a lot when I turn the graphics to full on NFSU2

This doesn't happen to NFSU2, the glitch only happens in NFSU1, and it's not because of the graphics, trust me.
