How can I change NFS4, EA cars??

I wounder how can I change NFS4 EA cars :shock: . I downloaded Z-Modeler and CarCad but I could not open the cars file which change something on them. Like put a Muffler, or change the bumper. Can enyone tell me how can I change the appearance of the cars. :?: THNX
