how do u edit the size of exhaust tips using winhex?

you can't..... using winhex, you can only take away or put on parts that are already in the game..... altho that includes exhaust tips, you would only get the ones you normally get in the game....

but if u edit the exhaust size for a car in your garage it will only be removed anyways so doing so would be pointless
