Game Crashes on Loading - Help

Well i got this game today,i can launch the game fine i do a race go to a next one or leave the race says loading and crashes for no reason what so ever

im runing v1.2 uk patched also i use a no-cd/fixed exe so i dont have to have the dics in.

can anybody help me as of why it crashes

Bvm i got it working ire-patched it and removed the no-cd/fixed exe
