Dat is niet in Hasselt, ik woon op 15km van Hasselt en dat komt mij toch niet bekent voor.

Er staan zelfs auto's met nederlandse nummerplaten.

Translation:

That's not Hasselt, I live 15 km (+- 9miles) from Hasselt and I can't recognize that place.

There are even some cars with a dutch numberplate.

There's a comercial here with "de duuks uut Hasselt" that's why I said that
