hey is there neway u are able to finish the game 100%. If there is please tell

Go to world map in the garage, and see if the are races left marked "unfinished". Race them, and you'll get atleast closer to 100%.

You need to make sure you do a couple things right from the start:

- Do a lot of outrun races. You need all the unique upgrades.
- Listen for race locations... you need to do them too.
- Complete all the media (magazine and DVD covers).
- Make sure you complete all the races on the map.

I believe thats the important stuff.
