Awesome trick!

Post by ^Sparco^ »

This is really weird.

At the end of this message, you are asked a question. Answer it immediately. Don't stop and think about it. Just say the first thing that pops into your mind.

This is a fun "test"... AND kind of spooky at the same time! Give it a try. Now ... just follow the instructions as quickly as possible.

Do not go to the next calculation before you have finished the previous one..

You do not ever need to write or remember the answers, just do it using your mind as fast as possible.

You'll be surprised.

Start:

How much is:

15 + 6

8 + 56

89 + 2

12 + 53

75 + 26

25 + 52

73 + 45

I know! Calculations are hard work, but it's nearly over..

Come on, one more...

123 + 15

QUICK! THINK ABOUT A RANDOM COLOR!

yes!

NOW THINK ABOUT A TOOL!

done!

Scroll further to the bottom...

A bit more...

You just thought about a red hammer, didn't you? ;)

If this is not your answer, you are among 2% of people who have a different, if not abnormal, mind.

98% of the folks would answer a red hammer while doing this exercise.

If you do not believe this, pass it around and you'll see.

_____________________________________________________

Awesome, huh? A college mate showed it to me, it was on a magazine, he told me to do the game and I certainly answered a red hammer!!!!!!!

When I read the final part I was like o_O WTF? How the hell?!?!?

There is a scientific reason for this awesome phenomen, but I won't tell you till tomorrow ;)

I answered an orange drill.

Because

a: Orange is my favorite color

and

b: A drill is cool

I'm not great at maths but got the answers within about 2 seconds. I'm more pleased I'm in the 2% class than how good my computation skills are

lol, more people have picked the 2% option  ... does that mean more people on this site have abnormal minds... heheh

BTW i thought of a pink screwdriver, don't ask me why

Anyway there are other similar tricks, like:

Quickly answer the following questions

Think of a colour..... NOW think of Vegetable....

Most people often pick Carrot as a vegatble..
Here's one more.... QUICK! Think of a number between 1 and 10....

most people in this case usually pick the number 7.... people usually think of 5 because its half way, but then think its too obvious and pick 7 insted...

heres my predictions for the answers Ibi

1: green, broccoli or cabbage

2:7

It's like, think of a number between 1 and 50 ? use odd numbers for each digit but make sure they're different from each other.

8 outta 10 ppl will pick the number 37

That so called ''math'' up here is a true joke. Yes, I believe doing them for the test is totally random and I believe that those are kindergarten level sums.
