Btw, the way cars controlled in Juiced were realistic not, bad.
It's just you who are used to NFSsterring a.k.a arcade-shiznit-steering-crap-physics-and-so-on.
The only problem with Juiced were the obviously suckie AI and the missing of cops.
Rest was totally awesome.
Btw, I can't really answer to the main question. Since they are to really different games...

Juiced is terrible.
Speaking of driving physics, I don't remember the last time I was driving a RWD car and attempting to turn at 50 kilometres per hour put me into an enourmous swerve that lasted for about 10 minutes and only stopped once my car had smashed into the same wall eight times and wore it's tires down to stumps.

Juiced is garbage and the 2 games don't even compare. MW has fast-paced action-packed police chases. MW has exotics. MW has free-roam. The only good things Juiced has are real bodykits and parts and damage.
And get this, in an interview with this guy working on Juiced, he was asked why they didn't incorporate free roam like in UG2 and he answered that free roam wasn't that much of a success in UG2. Jee, I wonder what he was smoking/drinking when he said that.
So basically...it's NFS MW by a mile.
