The background behind Malcom, touched up the render with some blending effects, faded the ut logo into the background, cropped Malcom out of a picture and of course resized to fit the image resolution I was after....
Umm... don't think I missed anything. Of course I never made the character, both:
a) I wouldn't know how to for starters
and
b)... cba doing it in the first place.

Right I got Photoshop back couple of days ago and I decided to edit my art work which I created from paint. After a major make over, here’s the final result:
Clouds, ocean and birds I managed quite easily however I may have messed up the grass part.
Criticisms are welcomed.

New chop. Its a bit compex with some of my best work to date on the side and rear. Its a Cayman partially inspired by kit no2 from Most Wanted, and partially by the Carrera GT.
Want to find a background change for it, but really am no good at looking.
Any comments? I know the RB is a little off and that's been corrected now.

*UPDATE*
I really didn't like the exhausts, so a bit more work down the line and I've got the car looking thoroughly sorted!

With which tools
Ocean and grass I used two different smudge brushes, clouds I used two layers each with different blending mode.
Right here’s an update:

Great work as usual Harpal, and it's getting better by the week. Latest efforts for glory have brought me to a GRAW signature.

Too bad you wouldn't be able to see a rainbow in that position. In order to see a rainbow, the sun has to be behind you, and in that pic, you are facing the sun. (Blame Physics class.)
It looks very nice, though, and I agree with master m, the raindrops don't looks too good.
