Why can't other online gamers see my downloaded vinyls?

I download vinyls for Most Wanted from this site. However, my friends online tell me that they cannot see my vinyls during the races. They tell me that they see ordinary vinyls and paint jobs.

Can anyone help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

In order for someone to see the vinyls you downloaded online, they would also have to download the vinyls and replace the same vinyls you did.

They don't see your vinyls beacuse they don't have the same vinyls installed into their games.
