Yer what? The Gravedigger wrote:No shiznit.... that's called "not ruining the car's identity with some new-age crap" like most of the supras, skylines, bmw's, and so forth have done
The most soulful car I've ever had the pleasure of driving isn't some lump of American pig iron, its a well-tuned Alpina B8 4.2 E36. A real piece of automotive art.

Yup, Shelby will soon sell a similar car with silver stripes instead of gold (I think it's called the Shelby GT, specifically because there are other plans for the GT350 name).Mixing And Tuning wrote:S2000_Skyline12 wrote:Lol
it is a shame that its only gonna be a rental car though
Actually, In The US, I Saw Something About A Mustang That You Can Buy That Looks Like This.........But, It's Not Yellow Stripes.

The GT500 is out soon, and Ill let you guess the power figures. The car will happily run 12s out of the box. The only problem is that it costs 40k (although I emplore you to find a similarly performing car for the money).
I think the thing you people dont realise about American V8s is a little thing we call 'potential'. Sure, from the factory theyre not overly tuned, and are inefficient compared to European/Japanese engines. However, the potential is there from nearly every performance V8 ever made to be amazing for not much money.
If you can make that Audi of yours run less than 10 second runs for less than £15k, then we can talk.
