Transfering files

I really would appreciate some help. What I am trying to do, is get the files that are stored in my documents onto the game. This is for most wanted by the way. I have tried loads of times but I just can't seem to do it. So for example, I have a file in my documents of a veilside rx7 (which was downloaded) which I have tried time and time again to get it onto my "need for speed most wanted" game. The only way I have tried is, copying the data of the rx7 file to my profile in the game. But that did not work. I know threre is someone out their in which I can benefit from their advice greatly. There's probably a readme in there telling you how to install, but for new cars, you need the mod-loader, which comes packaged with the Ferrari 360 for MW. Don't ask me how to do it, because I don't have MW for PC.
