Yes that's the latest one, the cars in "unreleased cars" list have not been confirmed to be in the Extender pack.

Can anyone tell me the name of all the 14 cars in the booster pack, and i'll update the car list.

Easier is just to refer people to this page:

wiki is a website that allows the visitors themselves to easily add, remove, and otherwise edit and change some available content

that's the same list as shown in the carlist, because it's live info from that page
if im right you can login there with your nfsunlimited.net login info.
