it's fake, if you keep refreshing it and don't try it'll go one diretion in the beginning, but sometimes shudders and turns around or goes in the same direction again. it doesn't have anything to do with your brain.

Nope. I just tried it again, and I can rotate it in another direction in an instant whenever I want to. That thing is not programmed.

There's a reason why the dancer is in black, and she's barely 3-D. I don't know how it's possible to program it to rotate into another direction..

It's just a 2D-silhouette, not 3D, your brain desides to see it turn in one direction or the other.

Maybe you'll get the idea from the picture I made.
You see a silhouette, your brain automatically fills in the blanks to make a 3D-picture.
