vinyl placement question

i just recently downloaded a vinyl and it has an extension of .rar. i was wondering what you do with it. plz hlp. thanks.

Open it! You need an extractor util. The most known is WinRAR, but I use one called Izarc. Check them, they are free.

well, unrar the file (if you have WinRar) and extract the dds files which are inside of it, then u must use bintex to load the dds and save
