You'll have to switch on the Motion Blur effect in order to see the blurry vision.

And for your information, Ulu isn't planning on enabling the mod for ONLINE racing in the full game... So, don't even think of using it when playing online.

Will those who use the demo be able to play others that have full version? i wouldn't think so because the maps/cars are too different. Demo can't load a map a full version has. It would be a problem for those only going to play demo vs demo, but that would get boring after a while

i did 211mph using the ULTRA nitro
i have bad grapics card so i can see perfectly

You just need to turn the motion blur off(with bad gfx it is off by standard) and you can see it clearly.

go to options, then display, and click on "configure graphics card" or something like that
