Hello ppl

Im new to the nfs underground 2 scene

(not the game

).

Unfortunately, i only have the game for PS2 , which makes it, well allmost impossible to upload pics of my cars

Hopefully i will have it soon to PC, so just wanted to hear a few starting tips (omg what @ naab ^^)

What car 2 choose, any tips for completing the game. (allmost half through nfsu for ps2), and so on.

Would be a good help, for me to get started.

i would use the civic, and then get the skyline ir the supra, and u really dont need a certain way to beat the game, its easy

My personal preference to start is the 240SX, but you'll do ok with any of the start cars really.

My tips for completing the game.. erm.. win all the races? Hehe. There's plenty of tips and info in these forums - browse around, use the search feature and you're sure to find the help you need.

quite honestly for me, when i started with the peugot it was alot more challenging than with the 240sx, weird thing

i used the corolla all the way through 1st time, im being drawn back to its killer handling on my 2nd game.

Don't fancy the corrolla, that much.

2. It's old
3. It's uglY!

I used the Peugeot 206 on PS2, and it kicks ass easily, also visualy. But then again, i like the Civic, and also <3 the Skyline, Supra & Eclipse.

i chose peugeot 206 and got it going. in day one of playing i've made enough so i trade it for a better car.
but as i heard nissan 240sx is the best way to start your career

First play thorugh (when I had a slightly suspect US version, ahem), I used the 206, swapped for Hyundai Coupe, traded for the Audi "Estate Agent" TT and completed the game with the Pontiac Holden Monaro GTO.

My second playthrough (when my fully bought and paid for legal Euro version finally arrived and I binned the US version for its lack of a certain British vehicle) I completed with the best handling and performing car in the game (IMHO) - the Vauxhall Corsa SRi. Bought a Lincoln Navigator for OutRuns (find it easier to win with SUV) and a Mustang for the final Drag Races when the AI started cheating their bollocks off.
