can any1 explain to me how i get rank 3 upgrades by pasting

the unlock all extracted files into my save file? (i beat it on xbox 96%) now i jsut want it on my pc and i cant figure this crap out, i pasted all the files over and nothign changed--but i did only get to the garage when i started playing with it, any info is greatly apreciated

come on, the game's not difficult to beat/complete... so happy track revisiting...

no u dont understand what im saying, im not bringing it from my xbox--i downloaded some1's save file so i'd have the lvl 3 perf upgrades on mine, now i cant figure out how to get it to work-what to extract etc
