i've seen that happen before when my hard drive's been busy with other things, namely an automated defragmentation session.

i've got a screenshot somewhere from the Prince of Persia T2T where the prince is running around with an arrow right through him. it's hilarious. now if only i can find it...

i think it's just MW not being able to load the textures fast enough. i've seen it in almost every game once or twice, especially when i've had a host of hard drive activity going on.

this can happen if you;
1. have a crap pc (thus too slow for the game)
2. high cpu load before you even start the game
3. high hdd activity/high fragmentation
4. buggy behaviour in a game

i had this once in a game, while i was chatting with my friend on skype
(skype took away 30% cpu before i was in the game)

30% CPU i would look into that because you could also be running Adware and Spyware which those programs are notorious for

meh.... I'll take the zonda, the porche looks good in the front, but the rear is missing the same styling. the enzo is just... the enzo and the zonda is something you will hardly ever see. Pagani all the way baby
